As a Country Business Manager, you will be responsible for responsible the full spectrum of business development, from crafting local sales strategies to supervising office operations and achieving annual revenue targets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership to expand our footprint and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Develop product and sales strategy to meet local market requirements and demands.
Develop and executive business development strategy to expand business.
Develop relationships with key National Accounts to attain national budget objectives
Coordinate with the regional HQ to implement various regional strategies and operational initiatives
Supervise all the staff in Thailand office
Manage trade activities in the region to achieve annual sales and gross margin targets
Drive P&L performance by monitoring operational costs, managing budgets, and providing accurate monthly/quarterly financial forecasts to the Regional HQ.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging threats and opportunities, ensuring the business remains agile and ahead of industry shifts.
Ensure all business operations in Thailand comply with local legal regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards to protect the company's reputation and license to operate.
Job Requirements
Proven years of hands-on experience in industrial sales with 5 years in a supervisory role that manages a small sales team
Good interpersonal skills, customer focused, and results oriented
Good command of spoken and written English
Experience in hand tools, automotive equipment and general industries preferred
