Job Responsibilities:
- Build long-term visions for the Brand partners and Logistic partners as a Country General Manager in collaboration with Channel partners.
- Together with the regional management team, you create strategic goals and oversee daily activities in the nation.
- Have a thorough understanding of the market context and create visions that motivate your teams and organization.
- Control and direct all business-related activities, such as marketing, business development, and operations.
- Effective labor and organizational capacity planning and budgeting will help you control and promote growth.
- Establish business operations and leadership for expansion strategy.
- Develop and implement a successful business strategy in collaboration with the board and the shareholders.
- Manage the country's P&L.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of working experience in business development, sales, commercial roles in ecommerce field or eCommerce platform.
- Intensive at least 3 years of experience in the eCommerce field as a Country head/General Manager/Business Manager/Business Unit head roles
- Ability to speak and write in English (open for Vietnamese only).
- Proven record of commercial management for leading brands in the region.
- Strong relationships with sales channel partners and brand partners.
- Have a strong knowledge of the eCommerce industry.
