Country HR Manager

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf a leading multinational manufacturer and provider of machinery. Our client is seeking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager with at least 5 years' HR experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be in charge of ensuring that everyday HR tasks are carried out in accordance with the company's procedures and HR best practices, as well as providing direct HR advice to Business Managers and employees.
  • To be in charge of carrying out the annual HR goals as well as other HR projects including execution of change management.
  • Manage the Human Resources department, including policies, processes, and recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management, and labor relations.
  • Adapt and implement HR programs to meet corporate objectives
  • Establish relationships with functional or operational area managers in order to create local action plans/points that are tailored to their specific needs while remaining aligned with our overall human resource strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business and human resources, economics, or psychology. At least 5 years in a similar position.
  • Employee remuneration and benefits, as well as defining and designing work. HRM's primary goal is to increase an organization's productivity by maximizing the efficacy of its personnel.
  • Be proactive, hands-on and possess great negotiation skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English
  • Willing to travel for business purpose
