Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive new business opportunities
  • Expand market penetration through effective channel and distribution strategies
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning
  • Drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and market share growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to support data-driven decisions
  • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns (advertising, promotions, digital, and content)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and commercial objectives

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance targets for team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Identify capability gaps and implement training and development programs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Job Requirements - Country Lead

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role at country or regional level
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Strong experience in developing and managing distribution networks
  • Solid strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competition
  • Experience working with cross-functional and regional/global teams
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
