International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global Chemical Ingredients Trading Company.

Our client is seeking for a Country Sales Manager who has a strong experience in Chemical Ingredient sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively finding new opportunities by following up on leads and contacting existing and new customers
  • Contact potential customers and target leads to communicate opportunities to expand initiatives within the company
  • Collect market information, analyze to make marketing proposals.
  • Track orders and ensure delivery, payment and provide solutions in case of customer complaints
  • Constantly improving communication skills, relationships making and maintaining skills as well as product and market knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemical sales, 3 years in which at managerial level
  • Have good knowledge on Chemical market segment, especially in Adhesive/Paint coating/PUFoam/Plastic.
  • Ability to communicate well with international colleagues
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills needed to effectively track, manage, and analyze leads
  • Assertive individual with the ability to identify and provide insights and solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Excellent English skills.
