Our client is seeking for a Country Sales Manager who has a strong experience in Chemical Ingredient sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively finding new opportunities by following up on leads and contacting existing and new customers
- Contact potential customers and target leads to communicate opportunities to expand initiatives within the company
- Collect market information, analyze to make marketing proposals.
- Track orders and ensure delivery, payment and provide solutions in case of customer complaints
- Constantly improving communication skills, relationships making and maintaining skills as well as product and market knowledge
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemical sales, 3 years in which at managerial level
- Have good knowledge on Chemical market segment, especially in Adhesive/Paint coating/PUFoam/Plastic.
- Ability to communicate well with international colleagues
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed to effectively track, manage, and analyze leads
- Assertive individual with the ability to identify and provide insights and solutions for internal and external customers.
- Excellent English skills.
