Country Sales Manager

  • Manage and grow an existing sales team in Indonesia, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with channel & alliance partners and enterprise customers; identify new divisions and organizations for increased adoption.
  • Schedule and attend sales calls with prospects, often alongside Nutanix Channel or Alliance Partner Executives.
  • Assure that your sales organization is applying a consultative approach to understand business challenges and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior leaders of current accounts and new prospects and our channel eco system
  • Contribute to a localized marketing strategies for the Indonesian market.
  • Provide regular status updates, including forecast and pipeline information.
  • Identify and leverage Nutanix customer references for reference selling.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and people management.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions (Marketing, Sales Ops, System Engineering, Product Development).
  • Experience in solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
  • Understanding of how technology solutions address business challenges, plus awareness of the competitive landscape in Indonesia.
  • Established network with senior leadership of Channel ecosystem and Local IT Leaders
  • Proven track record of creating Enterprise License agreement and big deals (>5mil USD TCV)
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in enterprise technology within Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, including local compliance, procurement processes, and business culture.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations for team management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
