Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a high growth regulatory approved online training and certification company with offices in USA, Pakistan, and Manila. This leader in online training and certification across a wide range of industries and professions is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will be the go-to person to review and master product/service - related systems and material per client. This is a temporary remote work set up but there are also chances of change shifts and candidate should be open on this set-up.

Job summary:
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for receiving, initiating, documenting and handling product/services-related transactions over the phone to and from customers. This will be the go-to person to review and master product/service - related systems and material per client.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Effectively responds to client concerns and queries with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Communicates with customers via phone, email or chat.
  • Answers incoming calls from clients and directs them to correct department or individual.
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Required to do research on companies for setting up M&A calls.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, professional; courteous, friendly and empathetic maintain reporting on daily calls and service levels.
  • Enter Ticket for CS as needed to report bugs.


Key job requirements include:

  • 1-year preferred experience as a CSR
  • College Level Preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong Written and verbal Communication skills (English); Interacting with diverse personalities
  • Self-starter with excellent follow-up and time management skills; ability to multi-tasks
  • Capable of handling fast-paced, innovative and constantly changing environment
