Our distinguished client is currently seeking for Data Analyst (Enterprise Data) with at least 5 years' experience in IT/digital project and or product management.
The winning candidate will be responsible for definition of analytics solutions for business user. Lead the overall solution plan deliverable which includes solutions for Business Intelligence. Big Data, and Analytics Platforms, Master Data Management leveraging standard analytics solution offerings across Enterprise.
Job Description
- Stakeholder Management -Lead the development and monitoring of the group -wide stakeholder identification, profiling and mapping activities through cross-business advisory in alignment to the business priorities, stakeholder strategy and intelligence, and drive stakeholder management governance for an impactful and sustainable stakeholder management maintaining harmonious relationship and enhancing trust and preference towards company.
- Data architecture & Data Management - Plan and execute company data architecture for company data lake platform using industry best practices of data models that helps business to create data driven services and ensure the design of data management lifecycle for all company sources are adhering data driven business concepts and move towards AI enabled business.
- Data Governance & Master Data Management -Coordinate and plan the collaboration with delivery team on how to translate the client's business requirements into technology solutions across the enterprise through assessment on market technology choices to determine fit, including software and hardware.
- Data Engineering & Data ingestion - Implement and collaboration with business solutions leads and solution architects to analyze business processes and system functionality. Looking for ways to improve, correct or enhance business processes.
- Data visualization, Reporting & Dashboard - Lead the solutions to fulfil user requirements on data requirements on data requires across Enterprise. Ensuring the data availabilities and provide the deliverables efficiently and effectively for the analysis, reporting, performance management and campaigns purposes. Initiates automated delivery through Analytics platform/tools available for users across Enterprise.
- Business Intelligence - Implement and coordinate thought leadership around best practices and new/emerging concepts in the areas of Analytics Platforms, Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Big Data through the enterprise.
- Data Science & Analytics - Execute design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviours that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information System or related fields and 5+ years of experience in IT/digital project and or product management.
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Capacity to interact effectively at all levels of organization with sensitivity to diversity.
- Good understanding of business and technical acumen combined with deep understanding of UI/UX and design thinking
- Fundamental understanding and application of digital technologies and platform (e.g., cloud services, Al)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to produce creative, clear, and compelling reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous, with good organizing and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability of critical thinking, problem solving and resourcefulness in getting work completed
