Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on mining. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Deputy Director Infrastructure professional with at least 20 years of experience with a multinational company for the job of Deputy Director Infrastructure. The job is based in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Directly reports to the BOD
- Initiate, lead, coordinate, report and manage all activities required to successfully implement the coal transportation, transshipment, infrastructure, port operation, and related technical supports
- Strategic alignment of infrastructure projects and related technical supports
- Infrastructure analyses and inputs in terms of all infrastructure plans and related reports
- Project implementation, monitoring and commissioning
- Day to day, routine, preventive and emergency maintenance for all facilities
- Support Chief Infrastructure Officer in the planning, reporting and other required activities
- Reviewing and monitoring budget management
- Implement a people management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 20 years combined experience in mining infrastructure and engineering
- Have strong experience with a mining infrastructure and projects in Kalimantan site
- Have a strong knowledge of infrastructure and mining site
- Skill on overall general management with a focus on mining infrastructure
- Possess leadership to head the team
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with his team and also across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization)
- Capability to work independently (analyse, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence
- English language, international business experience highly desirable
- Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial character and a "hands-on approach."
- Team player, positive attitude, hands-on and high flexibility
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan
