Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a #1 global market leader in digital shopper marketing. Our client is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer. This job offers a Hybrid arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH in a week) located in Makati and on a night shift.

Works closely with: Head of IT, Engineering teams
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to help us build and maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient engineering environment.
You'll work closely with Engineering and IT to:
- Improve deployment and infrastructure practice
- Strengthen security where it matter
- Remove unnecessary complexity and friction
Key Job Responsibilities
Build and Improve Cloud Infrastructure
- Design and maintain infrastructure in Azure
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Help teams move toward simpler, more reliable environments
Embed Security into Engineering Workflows
- Integrate security into CI/CD (SAST, dependency scanning, secrets management)
- Work with Engineering to address vulnerabilities pragmatically
- Ensure security controls are proportionate and usable
Identity & Access
- Work with Entra / Azure AD for application and service access
- Support secure authentication patterns (SSO, RBAC, least privilege)
- Help standardize access across services
Monitoring & Incident Response
- Set up and tune logging, observability, and monitoring
- Support incident response and root cause analysis
- Reduce noise - focus on signals that matter
Simplify Tooling & Architecture
- Evaluate existing tools and remove overlap where possible
- Avoid introducing unnecessary vendors or complexity
- Favor built-in platform capabilities (Azure, Microsoft stack) where appropriate
Key Job Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with:
- SAST / dependency scanning
- Secrets management
- Container security (nice to have)
- Experience with identity and access management (Entra / Azure AD, SSO)
- Comfort working across engineering and IT boundaries
