As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with 15-20 years' experience in Maritime Infrastructure for the role of Director Maritime Infrastructure. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Report directly to the CEO
Lead the Maritime business strategy, market growth, and client engagement.
Develop and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
Drive business development, proposals, and commercial performance.
Oversee the successful delivery of maritime projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
Strengthen relationships with government agencies, port authorities, developers, and industry partners.
Champion transformation through digital innovation in engineering, AI, BIM, and sustainable practices.
Promote the company's commitment to Enhancing Society Together through resilient and sustainable solutions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Coastal, Structural, Geotechnical, Ocean, Port, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Transport Engineering, or a related discipline.
Around 15+ years of experience in maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Proven success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership in digital transformation, BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled engineering.
Professional fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
Chartered or Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
