Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is hiring a DSTF Operation Supervisor for a nickel mining company based in Morowali. This role is responsible for overseeing daily tailings (DSTF) operations, including hauling, stacking, and compaction activities. It ensures all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with technical design, operational targets, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily DSTF operations (hauling, stacking, spreading, compaction)
Lead and manage foreman, crew, and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Ensure contractor work aligns with technical design, sequence stacking, and production targets
Monitor heavy equipment productivity, utilization, and efficiency (cycle time, ritase)
Maintain road conditions and evaluate Road Condition Index (RCI) for safe hauling operations
Coordinate with technical teams (Planner, Geotech, Hydrology, GIS) to align operations with design
Identify and resolve field issues (road conditions, equipment, drainage, operational constraints)
Ensure compliance with SOP, safety (K3), and mining regulations

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field
Must have experience in mining operations
Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations (earthwork, hauling, tailings, or disposal)
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Strong experience in heavy equipment operations (dozer, excavator, dump truck, grader, compactor)
Experience in tailings/DSTF, earthmoving, or land development projects is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and field coordination skills
POP certification is required
