Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall strategy of online business growth in Indonesia
  • Overall management Ecommerce ecosystem, with a focus on promoting advocacy and recommendations from both professionals and consumer.
  • Manage and operate a Ecommerce store to improve the customer experience
  • Create a personalized customer experience in Ecommerce
  • Ecommerce Value Proposition Management to drive Ecommerce delivery, performance, and value creation using Ecommercedifferentiators
  • Develop services for online consumers with Ecommerce
  • The partnership between professionals and Ecommerce provides a qualified source of consumer traffic to Ecommerce rewards professionals and maximizes shared value.
  • Manage Ecommerce interactions with all other stakeholders within the Royal Canin ecosystem and build brand equity and prescription models that drive Ecommerce penetration.
  • Define the role of the Ecommerce model in the digital ecosystem
  • Define an Ecommerce recommended strategy

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Over 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, and more
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce / digital
  • Work experience in online marketplace platforms would be advantage
  • Experience building and managing an online business at DirectStore (.com) and shop-in-shop experience at the marketplace and retail.com are highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding and management of all e-commerce metrics
  • Expertise in both strategy and planning development, and demand generation, merchandising, and marketing programs to drive the growth of online businesses.
  • Practical knowledge of lead generation best practices and a proven track record of delivering qualified traffic in terms of both acquisitions and conversions.
