International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a MNC Technology Service Provider. As the business is rapidly expanding, our client is seeking Senior talent for Enterprise Account Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with the C-suite and key decision makers; understand the customer's business and technology challenges; dive deep and understand stated, unstated needs, issues;
  • Working backwards from the customer, build and articulate a holistic, compelling, clear vision, strategy and practical execution plan for transformation - addressing business value, technology challenges but also increasing innovation and agility, addressing skills and organization challenges;
  • Challenger Sale - challenge the status quo, inspire customer to a bolder vision and increase the velocity of shift to digital; Address short, mid and long-term time horizons; Work with our customer, COMPANY leadership, Partners to create buy-in and joint ownership of transformation strategy and execution plan;
  • Provide leadership and orchestrate all COMPANY resources (Field teams, Executives, Solution Architects, Industry Specialists, Marketing, Partners, HR, Support, Service teams) to support customer success in digital transformation.
  • Develop and close new needle-moving opportunities by bringing the best of COMPANY technology and services to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Build a strategic eco-system of COMPANY consulting, integration and delivery, and solution partners to support the delivery of the customer's digital transformation outcomes, increase satisfaction, and build a sustainable platform for growth.
  • Develop CXO level advocacy - Ensure customer actually realizes the business value from transformation and drive PR and Communication initiatives supporting the customers' objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of strategic consulting and/or field experience for Large banking customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, engage and deliver at C-Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of driving growth, in complex, fast-paced environment by thinking big and having a 'challenger mindset'.
  • Ability to think strategically but also dive deep into details and drive execution.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • The candidate must possess ability to work with ambiguity, leverage analytics, decision-making, problem solving, and negotiating skills to simplify and provide clarity to team members.
  • Strong understanding of technology and digital transformation, role of cloud and other important technologies like Big Data, AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of and proven ability to leverage Global and Local Partners to realize customers' strategic objectives - Global SIs, ISV's, etc.
  • Strong financial literacy, large deal commercial models.
  • Experience operating in a sell-to and Sell-through context.
  • Strong project and program managements.
