Enterprise Service Manager (Cloud Solution)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is representing on behalf of our global cloud solution client is looking for an Enterprise Services Manager specializing in the Telco industry, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Enterprise Service Manager will be a single contributor responsible for assisting, advising, and consulting large Telco clients within the organization and generating long-term professional services strategies for numerous accounts. Providing the best whole cycle experience for all customer base, including aspects of business development, delivery oversight, and program management.

Job Description:

  • Developing large telco enterprises relations in the long term
  • Advisory in cloud strategy/solutions for clients
  • Defining business opportunities with enterprise telco clients within the organization and managing their portfolio, including sales pipeline management and engagement ownership
  • Delivering all end-to-end projects from planning (contract & negotiation), budgeting, delivery, risk & issues, accounts, and relationship
  • Able to act as the main principal for clients
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team, such as product, technology, and services partners.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • 15-20 years of experience in IT consulting/management within IT/Business transformation
  • Hands-on experience in handling large enterprise telco clients as consulting services lead and generating bookings/revenue target
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with numerous levels
  • Proven track record in managing large-enterprise IT projects
  • Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
