Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a global consulting firm in hiring a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite to support implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation and enhancement projects preferably Oracle NetSuite
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective functional solutions
- Configure NetSuite modules in alignment with business needs and best practices
- Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue tracking and resolution
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user manuals
- Participate in client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ERP functional consulting, preferably with Oracle NetSuite
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and/or enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and UAT support
- Exposure to key business process modules such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), as well as Fixed Assets or Design to Build is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, consulting environment
- Professional proficiency in English is required
