Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a global consulting firm in looking for a highly capable ERP Technical Consultant with strong integration experience to support end-to-end delivery of ERP integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions across ERP systems and third-party applications
- Deliver end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post go-live support
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using leading iPaaS platforms
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure integration reliability and performance
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide post go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and system integrations
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in ERP integration or iPaaS environments
- Proven experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft
- Strong experience in designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations end-to-end
- Exposure to ERP integrations, particularly with NetSuite and/or SAP
- Solid understanding of data formats such as XML and JSON, with experience in data transformation and scripting using JavaScript
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing integration solutions
- Experience in producing clear and structured technical documentation for both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and data flows to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients, managing expectations, and clarifying requirements
- Demonstrates strong technical credibility while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Able to operate effectively at the intersection of technical engineering and business needs
