They are seeking an experienced Events & Partnerships Manager to lead event planning and execution, drive commercial growth, and build strategic relationships that support business growth and member engagement

The Events & Partnerships Manager will oversee end-to-end event management and partnership development across the Bangkok operation. This role is responsible for driving event revenue growth and fostering meaningful community engagement through creative programming, strategic partnerships, and proactive client relationship management within a premium, design-led, hospitality-inspired environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce and deliver all projects and activities relevant to the community, from proposals to delivery

  • Deliver events on time, within budget, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt response to event enquiries

  • Prepare event venue rate cards, sales brochures and location specific SOPs

  • Oversee and manage revenue updates from the Marketing team to achieve monthly sales target

  • Brainstorm on effective and creative strategies to outreach target industries, including proactive sales strategies

  • Manage various booking channels, customer enquiries and oversee late payment collection

  • Communicate, maintain and develop client and vendor relationships

  • Onboard, manage and train Events Executives/Events Interns, and oversee timely training for any upgrade or integration of programs/systems used by the team

Job Requirements

  • Experience in event management with a proven track record of delivering successful events and operations in a fast-paced, premium service or hospitality environment.

  • Strong ability to drive event revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, pipeline management, and client relationship building.

  • Established network of corporate clients, vendors, and partners, with a proactive approach to networking and business development opportunities.

  • Proven leadership experience in coaching, managing, and developing junior team members across teams or locations.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver consistent results.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Good command of English and Thai.
