Job summary
The Experience Hired Recruiter will be expected to coordinate with the regional office in term of hiring for senior level people for the country office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with the SEA region team for hiring talents
- Execute country strategies to deliver on our hiring goals as part of the overall people strategy in the SEA region
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, external vendors and the campus team, to build partnerships that generate consistent results, processes and credibility
- Create strong talent pipelines for current and future roles through diverse sourcing strategies; advocate, educate and influence key stakeholders on the diversity strategy, process, engagement and conversion of talent throughout the candidate lifecycle
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process to make sure excellent candidate recruitment experience
Key job requirements include:
- Bachelor degree required plus more than 5 years professional experience, preferably in a professional services firm and in a related environment such as Recruiting
- Strong communication level in English
- Strong ability in talking with senior level people
