Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a medical device manufacturing company, that is looking to hire a Manufacturing Director based in Magallanes, Makati.

Job Summary

Leads the maintenance and facilities function, overseeing equipment maintenance, repairs and installations, calibration, facility upkeep, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures equipment reliability, ISO compliance, cost efficiency, and effective execution of maintenance projects, CAPA, and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
10+ years of progressive experience in equipment/production maintenance and facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
3-5 years of leadership and people management experience
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, facility management, and vendor management
Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement
Strong project and budget management skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
