As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years of solid experience in managing relationships with the farmers to fill the job of Farmer Networking Manager. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with the farmers.
- Providing advice on best-practice farming practices and ensuring improved outcomes
- Identifying and communicating farmers' needs.
- Resolving issues and concerns of the fields.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to grow the farmer's business.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders such as local government, buyers, and the local communities.
Job Requirements:
- Having Bachelor's degree in farming/ agriculture
- Having 10+ years of experience in best-practice agriculture farming operations
- Having strong knowledge and experience in managing the relationship with farmers
- Willingness to travel to domestic farm sites.
