Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective actions
- Develop strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk and loss
- Review guidelines and make recommendations for possible adjustments
- Research relevant markets and identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with CFO and Finance Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Proven professional experience in an asset manager or similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry related software
- Strong financial background with financial modeling experience
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in managing holding company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and management know-how
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
