Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Growing Battery Recycling Manufacturer. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years strong experiences in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and monitoring Company's internal finances and external finances. This position will be based in Central Java.
Key of responsibilities:
- Financial reporting: Manage financial reports generation for the company and investors; monitor system and SOP's for financial reporting
- Manage record keeping: Tracking all transactions and financial events, ensuring best in class record keeping, ensuring high integrity financial processes that adhere to legal guidelines and compliance; establishing and managing internal controls
- Fund raising: Raising debt or equity financing from institutional investors / banks to help fund the business growth
- Financial management: monitor the use of funds from investors and oversee the overall financial budget and spending
- Internal financial operations: Oversee the processing of payroll, tax, and financial records
- Trade finance: oversee the import process and the utilisation of trade finance facility
- Relationship management: manage relationship with key suppliers, buyers, investors, and financial partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics. Advance degree is a plus
- Strong financial management skills. Experience in FP&A and fund raising is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience
- A passion for circular economy. Experience in manufacturing would be a plus
- Certification in accounting (CPA, CFA, CA) is a plus
