Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, inventory, and fixed assets), working closely with external consultants.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports, KPIs, and cash flow.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, as well as internal control policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins, and provide recommendations to address variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes, controls, and audit readiness.
- Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making and commercial initiatives.
- Lead or support finance-related projects and process improvements.
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or ACCA preferred.
- Strong experience in full-set accounting and month-end closing under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements, as well as international accounting standards.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and working capital management.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and overall strong system literacy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
