The Finance Manager is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the company's financial strategy to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The Finance Manager oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management, corporate governance, and investor relations. The role serves as a strategic business partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization and its subsidiaries
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term business plans.
Oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Manage capital structure, funding, cash flow, and investment planning.
Ensure compliance with TFRS, SEC, SET, and other regulatory requirements.
Lead risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance initiatives.
Build strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the company in investor relations activities, including Opportunity Day, analyst meetings, and roadshows.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Job Requirements
Solid expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or other relevant qualifications are highly preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft 365, with good command of written and spoken English
