As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in finance system project for the job of Finance System Business Partner. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Report directly to the Platforms Manager and dotted line to the Regional Finance Controller
Manage technical platform (Oracle) requirements for finance month-end processes.
Configure, test, and integrate ERP platforms to meet evolving business needs.
Provide timely user support, resolving tickets and escalating issues where necessary.
Use SQL and other tools to audit, interrogate, and analyse financial systems and databases.
Contribute to system architecture alignment with company policies and relevant legislation.
Translate user requirements into solutions, delivering projects to agreed deadlines.
Partner with third-party support providers to resolve platform issues.
Minimize outages during upgrades and ensure thorough testing of new releases.
Support end-to-end business processes across Finance, Projects, and ERP tools, ensuring compliance with financial standards and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, ICT, or related discipline.
Experience gained within in big four firm will be considered an advantage
Core accounting knowledge (qualified or part-qualified).
Experience in project management and business analytics.
Strong functional business analysis skills, including documentation of processes and workflows.
Proven track record of partnering with the business to deliver requirements and projects.
Technical expertise in ERP and finance systems (ORACLE), with a strong understanding of system architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyse large datasets.
