Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Financial Analyst on behalf of a leading hospital group operator company. Role will be based in Pasig City. Presently hybrid setup but must be willing to work onsite whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling, Auditing, and Business Valuation
- Compile and analyze financial information from all components of the organizational entity, and develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, financial models, projections, reports, and presentations
- Drive the cost management process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, templates, and dashboards
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Licensed CPA (is a must)
- At least 5 years related work experience and with at least 2 years' experience in Auditing
- Worked with different Auditing firm such as KPMG, SGV, PWC, RTC and the like
- Good communication skills (both oral & written)
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports
