FP&A Manager (Manufacturing)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering for the job of FP&A Manager. The job is based in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and forecasting processes in line with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, providing insights into financial performance, business drivers, and operational trends.
  • Conduct budget and forecast variance analysis, identifying key risks and opportunities and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner closely with plant operations and cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support capital expenditure planning, investment evaluations, and strategic business initiatives through detailed financial analysis.
  • Oversee product costing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while continuously improving FP&A, reporting, and analytical processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or a similar role within a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including product costing, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with operations and senior stakeholders to drive business performance through financial insights.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in capital investment analysis, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
