Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of fundraising strategies targeting individual donors, corporations, and institutional partners
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships
- Assist in proposal writing, donor reporting, and preparation of fundraising materials
- Maintain and manage donor databases, ensuring accurate tracking of contributions and communications
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential donors
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with program needs and impact reporting
- Support fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, International Relations, or a related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an NGO, non-profit, or social enterprise environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability in proposal writing or donor engagement is a strong advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Passion for social impact and alignment with the organization's mission
