Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on housing construction. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in managing furniture projects for the job of Furniture Project Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Establishing and leading overall project scope for furniture.
- Confirming product selections work within the budget.
- Reviewing furniture plans for application per site conditions, and electrical requirements and locations
- Directs, coordinates, and manages task assignments and completion.
- Reviewing ship dates for adherence to original requirements
- Interfacing with partners or vendors as necessary regarding shipping schedules.
- Developing work plan, schedule, and logistics based on overall project parameters, schedule, scope, and customer's goals.
- Reviewing project site, plans, and product specifications
- Supervising the installation, including the performance of work, installation administration, and timeliness of task completion.
- Ensuring field paperwork is complete and delivered on time.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed project information.
- Coordinating with Priority Services to ensure accuracy and urgency of punch order entry, tracking, and maintaining punch task report.
- Assisting with invoicing accuracy and project closeout.
Job Requirement:
- Having at least 10 years of experience in handling furniture projects for housing construction or showroom.
- Having minimum a bachelor's degree in architect or civil engineering.
- Mastering to write and speak English.
- Outstanding customer-facing communication and presentations skills that are highly responsive and solution-oriented.
- Excellent project management skills - ability to analyze, plan and implement project scope, budget, schedule, and installation.
- Organization and multitasking skills - awareness of multiple projects in varying stages of the project lifecycle.
- Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Patience and flexibility - plans change quickly, ability to adjust appropriately.
- Strong product knowledge including correct product application.
- Proven successful housing project installation and construction execution.
