𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company for a General Accountant role focused on inventory and asset management control, general ledger analysis, and financial reporting.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements, stock levels, and inventory reports
- Perform inventory reconciliation, physical counts, and audit support activities
- Maintain and monitor company fixed assets and asset records
- Assist in month-end closing, accrual review, and general ledger analysis
- Prepare financial schedules, reports, and supporting documents for audit
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory and accounting concerns
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records and inventory controls
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in general accounting, inventory control, audit, or finance
- Experience in inventory reconciliation, financial reporting, and account analysis
- Knowledge in SAP (FICO/MM) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- CPA or CIA is an advantage but not required
