The dedicated General Manager will be responsible for scaling up the business and the team in Vietnam, provide the vision and a GTM strategy for the overall financial health. The ideal candidate would possess strong leadership qualities and a proven record of successfully scaling & managing a media company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations and grow the company's offerings and brand presence in Vietnam through the development of strategies and goals, in close partnership with regional management team
- Develop company's budgets and resource allocation plans
- Recruit, onboard and train employees across various job functions to achieve objectives for sales and company growth
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Set policies and processes for the company to operate effectively across functions
- Pitch and develop new business opportunities for the company's product offerings to agencies and advertisers as the company's official representative and spokesperson
- Develop, own and manage key client relationships with brand partners and advertising agencies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or relevant majors
- Proven strong leadership experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge of advertising business operations
- Keen strategic thinking & planning
- Excellent English communication, collaboration & delegation, problem-solving skills
