Our distinguished client focuses on Digital Marketing/Advertising mainly within the Tourism and Travel sector. Due to rapid development, they are currently seeking for an exceptional General Manager with at least 5 years' experience in Management within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Setup. The job will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description:
- Responsible for developing the organisation's business within Malaysian market.
- Lead the KL Office Strategic and Operational function.
- Lead Key Account Management and Business Development.
- Manage and responsible for the profit & loss (P&L) of the Malaysian business.
- Leading, supporting, mentoring, and developing members of the KL office.
Job Requirement:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Communication/Business Management/Economics or related field.
- Strong leadership background within digital marketing/advertising/travel industry sector.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire the team.
- Exceptional client servicing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Posses documented sales, marketing, and leadership track record from Airline, Tourism Organization, Digital Marketing or PR agencies.
