This leadership role will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, operational performance, and organizational growth of the Thailand business while ensuring alignment with regional objectives and corporate direction. The role will oversee end-to-end business operations, including strategic planning, business development, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and operational excellence initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and establish strategic partnerships that support long-term business objectives. In addition, this individual will lead and develop high-performing teams, foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture, and ensure the organization maintains strong governance, compliance standards, and operational effectiveness to support sustainable business growth in Thailand.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the Group's overall objectives. Analyze market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to formulate localized strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence in Thailand.

  • Lead, mentor, and strengthen the Thailand team by cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture. Drive talent development initiatives and capability-building programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and aligned with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

  • Drive innovative business growth initiatives to expand the company's presence and market share in Thailand. Evaluate emerging market segments, customer demands, and new product or service offerings to strengthen the company's competitive positioning and long-term growth potential.

  • Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities through market intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven analysis. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's capabilities, broaden market reach, and create sustainable business value.

  • Represent the company in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and business success. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding partner needs and aligning tailored solutions and offerings to support mutual growth objectives.

  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports to senior management on business performance, market developments, and competitive intelligence. Ensure clear communication, transparency, and strategic alignment across all levels of the organization.

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Thailand office by managing budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes. Drive informed business and investment decisions that support profitability, operational sustainability, and long-term business growth.

  • Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across all functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Build high-performing teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and foster a strong and positive corporate culture.

  • Establish and strengthen the company's compliance management framework by reviewing key commercial terms and conditions, enhancing internal governance mechanisms, and implementing effective controls to mitigate operational and business risks.

  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, financial reporting standards, and internal corporate policies while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure and safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in senior management roles within the IT or technology sector with deep understanding of the Thai market and business landscape.

  • Previous experience working in China or with a Chinese background will be highly preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong innovative mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and a focus on achieving tangible results.

  • Proficiency in Chinese or English (must), and Thai (bonus, not must)
