Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia represents a well-established textile manufacturing company who is seeking an experienced General Manager - Production to lead its manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across production, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to optimize operational performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop production management teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Significant leadership experience in textile manufacturing.
Strong understanding of grey fabric processing, textile finishing, and/or textile printing operations.
Proven track record in managing large-scale production teams and manufacturing facilities.
Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
