Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing building materials. As expansion continues, our client is seeking human resources professionals with at least 20 years of experience with a multinational company for the job of GM Human Resources (Industrial Relations & External Affairs). The job is based in Bogor, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Directly reports to CEO
- Advise senior management on (strategic) HR and Industrial Relations matters
- Defining and building the right company culture and employee mindset
- Managing employee relationships through counseling for preventive action
- Coordinate the implementation of employee programs and employee relations
- Review and revise company regulations /(PP), and labor-related policies and procedures
- Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally and externally
- Facilitate and maintain good working relationships with relevant government bodies, other industry bodies, and external parties
- Monitor internal and external labor relations trends and provide relevant recommendations
- Maintain and update all labor-related policies and procedures and ensure the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree from relevant programs from top universities
- Minimum of 20 years experience in HR industrial relations and external affairs
- Have good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting
- Have good knowledge in interpersonal skills, conflict management and collaboration skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Has a high level of integrity, sound analytical thinking and self-driven
- Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Understand well the labour law
- Excellent leadership and people skills
- Strong organisational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution
