Group Sales Manager Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Group Sales Manager who will lead a sales team that services existing accounts and uses a variety of marketing and outreach strategies to generate and nurture new accounts. This role will be reporting to the Division Sales Manager, with onsite/field work set-up and is located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned geographic group to ensure profitable sales volume parameters are achieved
- Analyze, plan and operate all selling systems and processes.
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of sales representatives, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Devise sales objectives, assessing workforce performance, managing schedules, and handling complex issues and complaints, resolving them promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical tasks such as producing progress reports, maintaining extensive records, and liaising with clients through calls and correspondence.
- Lead and encourage the team to reach sales targets, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
- At least 4 years work experience in FMCG industry and managing people
- Willing to do field work in Batangas.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
