Head of Aftermarket (Dept. Head)

Requirement

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Commercial Background preferably MBA will be considered additional qualification.
  • Detailed understanding of the Turbomachinery and Industries business both technical and commercial levels.
  • Seasoned sales / marketing experience with more than 10 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / turbomachinery.
  • Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market.
  • Proven background of achieving sales targets on an ongoing basis
  • Fluency in English


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing the after sales, field services, workshop activites as well as promote strategy for the assigned territory and supporting Everllence regionally.
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, contract management, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits).
  • Oversees all aspects of the process and to ensure the target order intake are achieved, sales budget, fostering sales leads and provide support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence.
  • Definition of the target and achievement of order intake for the assigned region and product range.
  • Lead functional and disciplinary activities of the department including staff selection and management, strategic positioning, and development.
  • Negotiate and approve long-term contracts, frame contracts, and service agreements. Facilitating and participating in technical and commercial (terms & conditions).
  • Regional coordination between customers/agents and headquarters.
