Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is partnering with a confidential organisation in the Healthcare industry to hire an Audit Manager (Operational). This opportunity is based in Indonesia and offers the chance to play a key role in strengthening operational controls, investigations, governance, and risk management within a healthcare environment.
Position Overview
Lead operational audit and investigation activities to identify risks, strengthen controls, and protect organisational assets.
Drive operational excellence by enhancing governance, preventing losses, and supporting continuous improvement across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational and investigative audits across departments
- Investigate fraud, misuse, operational leakages, and compliance issues
- Review logistics and stock opname processes together with pharmacy and finance teams
- Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures
- Prepare investigation findings and management reports
- Support the development of stronger internal operational controls and governance
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in operational audit, fraud investigation, or compliance functions
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, retail, FMCG, or other operationally intensive industries is preferred
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting operational audits and investigations
- Ability to assess operational risks and develop corrective and preventive actions
- Experience reviewing logistics, inventory management, and stock opname processes
- Proficiency in preparing investigation findings and management reports
- Knowledge of internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
