Head of Business Development

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an Education Solutions Technology company. Our client is seeking for a Head of Business Development with strong experience in SaaS Industry.

JOB SUMMARY: The dedicated Head of Business Development will head up the current business development team including 07 people. The ideal candidate would be described as aggressive, have a can-do attitude and experience with SaaS industry and fast-paced environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strong relationships with potential B2B clients with sales techniques and approaches
  • Develop business development strategy to drive the team to commit to achievable and measurable sales targets
  • Implement training for staff with constructive feedback consistently
  • Responsible for staff interviewing and hiring, evaluation, performance management and rewarding
  • Responsible for collaboration and continuous improvement of the department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development with proven track records in SAAS industry
  • Proven experience in managing people for at least 2 years
  • Ability to build rapport and widen networks with public schools, education centers and corporations, etc
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in comprehensive English skills
  • University degree holder (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration or relevant majors
