Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading food & beverages company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in finance for the position of Head of Finance. The job is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include

  • Lead the overall finance function, covering Commercial Finance and Statutory Finance
  • Partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team to drive business growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
  • Provide financial insights, commercial analysis, and recommendations to optimize revenue, margins, and costs
  • Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group reporting requirements
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital, and financial risk
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance
  • Lead internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure finance processes remain compliant
  • Develop, lead, and mentor the Finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional finance qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience managing both Commercial Finance and Statutory Finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, taxation, treasury, and corporate finance.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management
  • Sound understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standard.
  • Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational execution and business performance.
  • Experience leading audits, compliance, governance, and risk management.
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, financial reporting systems, budgeting tools, and business intelligence/data analytics platforms.
