Head of Growth - Performance Marketing

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Lead who will be responsible for leading the company's customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and growth experimentation strategy. The role will drive scalable and profitable customer growth across all digital acquisition channels while ensuring alignment with broader brand, marketing, and commercial objectives. This is a strategic leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the company's overall growth direction and performance marketing maturity.

This position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute enterprise growth strategy
  • Own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization performance
  • Manage growth forecasting, channel allocation, and experimentation roadmaps

Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee paid media, CRM, attribution, analytics, and growth creative functions
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value
  • Drive data-informed experimentation and optimization

Commercial Performance

  • Monitor key metrics including CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
  • Ensure sustainable and scalable growth economics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand, Product, Data, CRM, and Operations teams
  • Align growth activities with broader enterprise narrative and commercial priorities


Key Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in growth, digital acquisition, performance marketing, or consumer technology scaling
  • Strong fintech, gaming, e-commerce, super app, or consumer platform experience preferred
  • Proven success scaling high-volume customer acquisition programs
  • Strong analytical and experimentation capabilities
