We are seeking a Head of IT Security with experience managing a small team (experienced Manager level).
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and develop current IT Security team capacities
- Leading end-to-end IT Security from information control, IT Security management, systems & architecture, GRC, SOC, budgeting and evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's degree
- At least 15 years of total of professional experience in IT Security for Financial Services
- Certifications: CompTIA/CEH/OSCP/CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP (any)
- ISO 27000
- Proven experience establishing or significantly growing team capacities (strong Leadership)
- Strong understanding of data sensitivity, data confidentiality
- Demonstrated work ownership and good communication to multi-level stakeholders
- Experience working within established companies owning complex & highly sensitive data sets
- Willingness to travel domestic/international (if required)
