Head of Operations (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a rapidly growing healthcare services provider in Bali to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and patient services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and patient experience
  • Highly hands-on role; willing to get involved in day-to-day operational tasks (e.g. billing, front office, scheduling) when needed
  • Review, improve, and streamline workflows to ensure operations run efficiently and smoothly
  • Lead and manage the Nursing Manager and Patient Service Manager (Front Office)
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, drive operational efficiency, service quality, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOP
  • Collaborate closely with medical leadership and business partners
  • Act as a strong people manager with a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style


Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of operations management experience in healthcare services (clinic, hospital, or healthcare group)
  • Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Hands-on, operationally strong
  • Strong process mindset with proven ability to improve workflows and service delivery
  • Strong people skills; able to get along well with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing millennials and building team accountability
