Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a rapidly growing healthcare services provider in Bali to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and patient experience
- Highly hands-on role; willing to get involved in day-to-day operational tasks (e.g. billing, front office, scheduling) when needed
- Review, improve, and streamline workflows to ensure operations run efficiently and smoothly
- Lead and manage the Nursing Manager and Patient Service Manager (Front Office)
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, drive operational efficiency, service quality, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOP
- Collaborate closely with medical leadership and business partners
- Act as a strong people manager with a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of operations management experience in healthcare services (clinic, hospital, or healthcare group)
- Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical teams
- Hands-on, operationally strong
- Strong process mindset with proven ability to improve workflows and service delivery
- Strong people skills; able to get along well with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable managing millennials and building team accountability
