Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare services provider. Our client is seeking a Head of Operations based in Jakarta. This role will oversee overall healthcare operations while driving business growth across the company's clinics and corporate healthcare services.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across clinics, laboratory services, and B2B healthcare programs.
- Drive operational improvements and business growth initiatives to support revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and quality standards.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and operational planning.
- Partner with the Commercial team to support business expansion and corporate healthcare services.
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of healthcare operations experience, including leadership responsibilities within hospitals or clinics.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance.
- Proven experience in healthcare operations with exposure to business growth or revenue improvement.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
