Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding and researching the needs of stakeholders, as well as aligning with the vision and mission from BOD. Using this information to create feasible and structured business plan for patient pillar.
- Developing and building the patient pillar team to achieve the approved goals.
- Creating a financial plan that is in line with the business plan and along with the financial team, responsible for the financial reporting and maintaining healthy financial for the business.
- Managing patient pillar business according to the strategy developed by the management.
- Identifying, approaching, and creating strategic partnerships with patient pillar principles.
- Creating plans and building contents for patient pillar according to the set goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years in head level, three (3) years in managerial.
- Proven experience as a head or similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication skill and people management.
- Knowledge of business management.
