Commercial & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.
- Manage sales targets, pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
Sales & Customer Management
- Oversee key accounts, sales segments, and pipeline performance to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and provide solution-based support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance, technical knowledge, and selling capabilities.
- Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and support talent development and succession planning.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of B2B sales experience within flow solutions, industrial equipment, or a similar technical industry.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
