Head of Sales (Engineering)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Engineering Company for the role of Head of Sales. The Job Description will be as below :

Commercial & Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.
  • Manage sales targets, pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.


Sales & Customer Management

  • Oversee key accounts, sales segments, and pipeline performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and provide solution-based support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance, technical knowledge, and selling capabilities.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and support talent development and succession planning.


Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of B2B sales experience within flow solutions, industrial equipment, or a similar technical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering commercial growth.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
