Head of Sales (Healthcare)


Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Head of Sales who will lead commercial growth initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable patient volume and revenue across the hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient growth targets.
  • Drive patient acquisition through corporate partnerships, insurance relationships, government institutions, physician referrals, and other strategic channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and referral partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop commercial initiatives to expand the hospital's market presence and service utilization.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and commercial KPIs to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong experience in hospital business development, corporate accounts, insurance partnerships, physician engagement, or patient referral management.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing commercial teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and drive sustainable business growth within the healthcare sector.
