Head of Seller Engagement (E-Commerce)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is representing one of the biggest ecommerce enabler tech company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Head of Seller Engagement that will help to create a training program for all sellers on the platform in order to create a strong engagement within the seller community. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the Seller Community by creating a learning forum or training hub for all sellers.
  • Develop a comprehensive seller engagement strategy and training that can help the sellers sell better on the platform.
  • Find an insight from the sellers, potential sellers, competitor analysis on how company can improve the platform and can help to facilitate all sellers in grow more.
  • Develop the best forum channels that can be use to reach the sellers for a training.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of working experience coming from management consulting or technology company. Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Proven experience in creating end to end community engagement.
  • Strong experience in creating an education training curriculum for sellers or community.
  • Great communication skills in order to build a good relationship with sellers.
  • Great analytical skills and thinking.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
