Responsibilities:
- Develop expansion strategies and establish the annual site development plan (number, locations, and priorities) in line with the company's business targets.
- Conduct regular market research and analyze demographics, traffic, competitors, and consumer trends to identify potential locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations & Project) to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of new site openings - from permits, contracts, and payments to fit-out/renovation and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Developers, and other external partners, while representing the company in high-level negotiations.
- Lead and develop the Site Development team by setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
- Prepare reports on the site development pipeline and analyze the performance of existing locations to support future expansion decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of proven experience as Head of Site Development/Expansion.
- Strong network with Landlords, Property Developers, and other key external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of property law, leasing agreements, and government regulations related to permits.
- Excellent negotiation, business analysis, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
